Oleksandr Spektor buys a part of Vagif Aliyev’s business


The AMCU allowed businessman Oleksandr Spektor’s company to buy part of the business of developer Vagif Aliyev.

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) allowed the Cypriot company Wayford Investments Limited to concentrate over 50% of the votes in another Cypriot company, Bitrex Limited.

The latter owns land plots, the entertainment park Galaxy, and is involved in leasing real estate.
