Some Western media have begun to report that Volodymyr Putin is sending strange signals. Scientists are trying to understand what exactly Putin wants to say with these signals.
There is no answer yet, but, jokes aside, the Western media began to write that Putin is giving signals to the West that he is ready to negotiate, is ready to sit down at the negotiating table, but without any concessions.
