Representative of the Poltava TRC Roman Istomin reports that mobilization will be the main way to staff the army, recruiting will not solve the problem.
He stated this in an interview with Telegraph.
Istomin emphasized that the contract is the prerogative of peacetime, but during war it is impossible to cover the needs of contract workers.
“Now both mobilized and recruited serve in the same unit. There are no differences in terms of requirements for them from the commander,” he said.
