Occupants attacked Ukraine with 39 Shaheds at night: air defence forces shoot down 35 drones


On the night of March 10, Ukrainian air defence forces destroyed 35 of 39 Shahed-type kamikaze drones launched by Russia. The enemy carried out the attack in several waves, due to which it covered almost all regions.

The results of its reflection were reported in the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. It is noted that the occupiers also fired four S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles at the Kharkiv region and Donbas.

The Russian military sent kamikaze drones across Ukraine from Cape Chauda (temporarily occupied Crimea) and Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russian Federation).

The defenders of the skies shot down 35 Shaheds in ten regions: Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Dnipro, Cherkasy, Odesa, Kherson, Khmelnytsky, Vinnitsya, Kyiv and Zhytomyr.

Most of the targets were destroyed by forces and means of mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defence Forces. Also, fighter aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force, and electronic warfare equipment were involved in repelling the air attack.

"Thanks to everyone who ensured the result! Together - to victory!" – said the commander of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Mykola Oleshchuk.
