RF drones have different sound characteristics, - Humenyuk

Ukrainian experts believe that some Shahed drones launched by Russia may have a reinforced warhead. In addition, they often have different sound characteristics, being louder or quieter.

This was announced by the head of the joint press center of the Operational Command "South" Natalya Humenyuk on the air of the "Unified News" telethon.

“We do not yet have a conclusion that the Shahed have a more reinforced warhead, in particular regarding the drone that hit a high-rise building in Odesa on March 2. But experts have suggestions that, probably, some of them actually have a reinforced warhead,” Humenyuk noted.

She added that Shahed drones are predominantly painted in darker colors to match the night sky. “In addition, they often have different sound characteristics: somewhat louder, somewhat quieter - in different modifications, obviously in different ways. There are signs that (the occupiers – ed.) are choosing what will be more effective,” Humenyuk noted.
