The Russian Federation struck the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv for the second time on Wednesday, March 20.
The mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov reported this on Telegram.
“Kharkiv is under attack for the second time today. Explosions are heard in the city again,” Terekhov wrote.
An air raid alert has been declared in the city and region. According to the Air Force, there is the use of ballistic weapons from the east.
