Russian troops shelled Kharkiv region again today. Vovchansk, Lyubotyn and Kupyansk came under attack. There are casualties in Vovchansk and Kupyansk.
This was reported by the head of the RMA Oleh Syniehubov on Telegram.
“Today, at 13:20, in the city of Vovchansk, the Russians attacked residential buildings. A 27-year-old woman received shrapnel injuries and was hospitalized by doctors,” wrote Syniehubov.
