Not only employees of territorial recruitment centers can present the news to those liable for military service.
This can be done by the executive bodies of village, town and city councils by order of the relevant TRC, the Transcarpathian Regional TRC informs on Facebook.
It is noted that the sample agenda is regulated by Cabinet Resolution No. 1487. But the specific places of its discharge or delivery are not indicated there. Therefore, a summons can be served both at the citizen’s residence address, at a checkpoint or at the place of work.
Subpoenas can be issued not only by recruitment centers, but also by the executive bodies of village, town and city councils by order of the relevant TRC and SS.
In fact, representatives of local authorities can serve subpoenas at their place of residence.
The summons itself must be completely filled out, that is, contain all the necessary data - the last name, first name, patronymic of the person liable for military service, the date, time and address of arrival and the signature of the head of the TRC or the head of the local government body, sealed.
“At the same time, some of the data can be included in the summons in advance to speed up the procedure. After all, if a citizen is stopped at a checkpoint, the head of the TRC cannot urgently come there to affix the summons with his seal,” the TRC explains.
