As a result of the strike on the military airfield in Dzhankoy, a number of Russian air defence systems were destroyed or critically damaged. The air defence control center was also hit.

According to the intelligence, as a result of a successful operation of Ukrainian troops on 17 April at the military airfield of Dzhankoy in Crimea, the following were destroyed or critically damaged:
4 launchers of the S-400 air defence system3 radar stations;air defence control centre;"Fundament-M" airspace surveillance equipment.The DIU adds that the number of enemy targets damaged or destroyed and the number of casualties among the personnel of the Russian occupation army is being clarified.
