The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine has chosen a preventive measure for the Minister of Agrarian Policy Mykola Solskyi.
The official was placed in custody for 60 days with the possibility of release on bail.
Solsky will remain in custody until June 24 or can post bail in the amount of UAH 75 million.
The prosecution requested detention with the possibility of bail in more than 200 million UAH. This was explained by various risks, in particular, flight: they say that Solsky, as the father of three minor children and as a high-ranking official with business trips abroad, could leave Ukraine.
