The United States is preparing to transfer another batch of weapons to Ukraine. Antony Blinken explained whether Kyiv will be able to use American weapons to attack Russia.
Recently, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is in Kyiv on an official visit. During a press conference with Foreign Minister Kuleba, journalists asked the American official his position regarding strikes on Russian territory.
Blinken did not answer directly whether the United States allows American weapons to hit the territory of the aggressor country. At the same time, he noted that Washington in general is not against attacks on Russia.
“We have clearly outlined our policy, but this is a decision that Ukraine must make. And we will ensure that Ukraine has the weapons it needs to succeed on the battlefield,” the Secretary of State emphasized.
