Part of the funds from today’s aid package from Denmark will go to F-16s, Defence Minister Rasmussen said, without specifying what exactly will be paid for.
In total, the package worth 750 million euros will include:
– 320 million to strengthen Ukrainian air defence;
– 430 million for the upcoming F-16 donation, maintenance of artillery systems, provision of new systems, shells, anti-tank mines.
In addition, funds are separately allocated to finance a number of NATO CAP (Comprehensive Assistance Package) projects. The Danish government also plans to reserve additional funds for investment in the Ukrainian military-industrial complex.
