During another day of fighting at the front, the Ukrainian Defence Forces destroyed 184 units of military equipment and weapons of the Russian occupation forces, including the grounding of two more aircraft. The defenders sent at least 1,410 invaders into the ranks of "cargo-200/300".
According to rough estimates, the aggressor country lost about 489,870 personnel on Ukrainian soil. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine updated the data on this as of May 17.
In addition to a large number of enemy manpower, the day before the fighters destroyed 38 Russian artillery systems (12,603 in total), 18 tanks (7,547), 14 armored combat vehicles (14,552), two air defence systems (800), one MLRS (107).
In the sky, the defenders shot down 45 operational-tactical drones (all 10,073) and two aircraft (353) of the Russian Armed Forces.
The soldiers also burned another 56 units of motor vehicles and tankers (for a total of 17,104), and seven special equipment (2,062) of the occupiers.
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces confirmed the destruction of another helicopter (all 326). We are talking about the downing of an enemy Ka-52 Alligator , worth $16 million, which was hit by fighters of the anti-aircraft missile and artillery battalion of the 47th Mechanized Brigade on May 13.Since the beginning of a full-scale war, the Defence Forces have also neutralized 2,200 cruise missiles, 26 ships/boats and a submarine of the army of the aggressor country.
