The mayor of Kharkiv said that, according to preliminary data, there is a wounded person due to enemy shelling. The occupiers hit the transport infrastructure.
“Upon arrival in the morning, the target was a transport infrastructure facility. Preliminarily, there is one injured person,” Terekhov wrote.
