Deputy Chairman of the Southern Office of the State Audit Service Dmytro Khandusenko (former tax officer) acquired a significant amount of property during the war.
The media learned about this from his 2023 return, which he filed in 2024.
The official declared that among his relatives he only has a daughter, Angelina. He did not indicate his ex-wife Marianna Hrabovenko and father Ihor Khandusenko and their common property in the declaration.
In October 2023, Khandusenko bought an apartment of 201 square meters. m in Ivano-Frankivsk. The value of this property, according to the declaration, amounted to 970 thousand hryvnia, which may indicate a significant undervaluation.
The official also indicated the acquisition of non-residential premises of 71.6 square meters. m for 691 thousand hryvnia in Odesa on August 31, 2023.
In October 2023, Khandusenko declared the acquisition of 12.5 thousand square meters. m of land in Velikodolinska OTO for only 31 thousand hryvnia. This was necessary for his father’s business, which we will write about in future publications.
Khandusenko declared income from business activities in the amount of 4 million hryvnia. He also received 371 thousand hryvnia from the sale of cryptocurrency and 980 thousand hryvnia from the alienation of real estate. The official keeps 3 million hryvnia and 70 thousand dollars in cash. He declared the invention: “Method for producing activated mineral powder for asphalt concrete mixture” in 2021 for the company “Trading House “Zenith Plus”. This is his company, which is already registered in his father’s name.
Let us remember that this year the latter gave the official a Range Rover (2013). The cost of the car, as stated, is 900 thousand hryvnia, although the real market price starts from 3.5 million hryvnia!
