There may be no light for seven hours at a time.
The electricity shortage on Tuesday, June 4, will be greater than on Monday the day before, so power outages will be longer, Serhiy Kovalenko, CEO of the Yasno electricity supplier, said on Facebook.
He noted that two power units of nuclear power plants were put out of operation for scheduled maintenance, and repair work had also begun on the line through which electricity is imported from Slovakia.
“Stabilization restrictions will be higher than on Monday – 26% for Kyiv. The light gray zone of the charts will be used,” he noted.
