The Military Movement of Crimean Tatars and Ukrainians "ATESH" reported this in a Telegram .
“ATESH agent from Lugansk reports a “good arrival” at the oil depot and a large fire in the Hostra Mohyla area. It’s not evening yet! It will be hotter,” the message says.
Meanwhile, local public pages write about missiles hitting residential buildings in the so-called “Eastern Quarters” of the city, located quite far from the Hostra Mohyla, and post corresponding videos online.
