The document states that the summons "may be sent by recommended mail with a description of the contents and a return receipt."
The rule on “notice of delivery” is also included in other regulatory documents, in particular, the Procedure for organizing and maintaining military records of conscripts and the Procedure for conscripting citizens for military service.
Let us remind you that a summons sent to a person liable for military service to any of his addresses known to the TRC will be considered automatically served, regardless of the man’s actions. Failure to appear will result in an absentee fine, possible blocking of accounts and deprivation of the right to drive a vehicle.
