“Taxation of crypto and other virtual assets is being considered for the post-war period.
The National Securities and Stock Market Commission and the NBU intend to develop a draft law on the legalization of cryptocurrencies with the help of the IMF and submit it by the end of December.”
Other expected tax changes for the post-war period include reform of the taxation of industrial emissions and a revision of the taxation of extractive industries.
