Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuriy Boyko said that any Ukrainian enterprise has the right to directly buy electricity from Europe, but not less than 80% of its consumption.
Meanwhile, the Kyiv shopping center “Hulliver” already started buying electricity from Poland yesterday.
