The Ministry of Justice decided not to cancel the order of the Ministry of Education, according to which studying in graduate school under a contract no longer gives the right to a deferment from mobilization.
The order of the Ministry of Education, which excluded the possibility of deferment for contract graduate students, will remain in force. The reason was the Ministry of Justice, which decided that there were no circumstances to cancel the decision on state registration of these orders. The Judicial and Legal Newspaper writes about this.
In response to a message from the State Regulatory Service dated July 19, which considered it necessary to check these orders, the Ministry of Justice noted that there were no circumstances defined by Part 1 of Art. 25 of the law “On the fundamentals of state regulatory policy in the field of economic activity” to cancel the decision on state registration of these orders.
