As a result of the attack on the Russian Olenya airfield in the Murmansk region, the Tu-22M3 strategic missile-carrying bomber was damaged.
This information was confirmed by Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, on the air of the United News telethon.
"These are truly Olympic achievements of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine. We do not comment on what and where, but the Supreme Commander-in-Chief noted the range, and it is clear that the direction is not difficult to guess. As for the hit, yes, we confirm the fact of the hit. Something hit something. And yes, we can confirm the fact that the strategic bomber was hit and damaged," he said.
