Russian terrorists attacked an ordinary supermarket and post office in Kostyantynivka.
"People are under the rubble. The rescue operation is ongoing," Zelenskyy said.
"As of now, four people are known to have died. At least 24 people are injured. My condolences to their families and friends," the president wrote.
