"The occupiers are striking! Kharkiv: take shelter," the message says.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov clarified that, according to preliminary information, the strikes were carried out on a nearby suburb, and warned that the Russians could carry out a repeat strike with CABs.
