French authorities have confiscated all passports of Telegram founder Pavlo Durov pending investigation.
Durov has only four passports: he is a citizen of Russia, France, the United Arab Emirates and Saint Kitts and Nevis (an island nation in the Caribbean).
Paris only recognizes his French passport.
