As a result of hitting critical infrastructure facilities, all water utility facilities are de-energized.
This was reported by the Sumy City Council in Telegram.
"Due to the airstrike on September 17 at 01:10, all water utility facilities are de-energized," the statement reads.
Currently, there has been a transition to emergency-reserve power. Water in the city is being supplied at reduced pressure, and the sewer system is functioning.
