During the day on October 1, explosions occurred in Odesa. The occupiers carried out an attack on the Odesa district with a ballistic missile.
This is stated in a message from the monitoring channel monitor. For the attack, the Russians likely used an Iskander-M missile launched from temporarily occupied Crimea.
"The explosion occurred within the Odesa district of the Odesa region. One Iskander-M ballistic missile was used. The threat of ballistic attacks remains until the all-clear signal," the monitor message, which appeared at 12:28, stated.
An air alert was declared in the region just a few minutes before the explosion, at 12:25, and was canceled at 13:02. However, just two minutes later, at 13:04, another missile warning was issued in the Odesa region.
