Cabinet of Ministers has changed the rules for delivering summons to the TRC, in particular, through the mail

The list of innovations has been published.

According to Resolution No. 1147, summons can now be sent via registered postal items with a description of the contents and notification of delivery.

The summons must have special markings "TRC Summons" and "Deliver personally." The letter with the summons must be handed personally to the recipient; however, if they are not at the specified address, the postal worker will inform them about the arrival of the letter by phone and place it in the mailbox. If the recipient does not receive the letter within three working days, the post office will make a corresponding note and return the letter to the sender. In case of refusal to sign, the postal worker will also make a note "Recipient refused" and return the summons.
