Pentagon Chief Lloyd Austin Arrives in Kyiv, Reports Wall Street Journal.
The newspaper notes that he arrived with "a message of strong support for Ukraine’s military efforts from the United States, but without providing new military aid or permission to use long-range missiles inside Russia."
Previously, Ukrainian authorities stated that they were expecting a visit from a U.S. delegation to discuss Zelenskyy’s Victory Plan.
