In the TRC, the final deadline was announced by which those with limited fitness must undergo the MCC again

By February 5, 2025, men with limited fitness for service must undergo a repeated medical examination by the military medical commission.

This was reported to Suspilne by the head of the military registration department of the Rivne territorial recruitment and social support center, Oleksandr Bodin.

He reminded: "On May 4, Law No. 3621 came into force, which effectively abolished the status of ’limited fitness’. This same law established a period of 9 months during which those liable for military service with such status must undergo a repeated medical examination by the military medical commissions and obtain one of the current statuses."

He noted that the status "fit for military service" means the possibility of appointing a person liable for military service to any position in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Additionally, according to him, this includes the status "fit for service in support military units, TRC and SS, higher military educational institutions."

Furthermore, there are categories of "temporarily unfit," which require treatment or leave, "unfit" with a review in 6-12 months, and "unfit" with exclusion from military registration.
