In the Kupyansk community of the Kharkiv region, the last branch of "Ukrposhta" has closed

In the Kupyansk community of the Kharkiv region, due to Russian shelling, the last branch of "Ukrposhta" has ceased operations, and ATMs have been closed.

This was reported by Andriy Besedin, head of the Kupyansk city military administration, during a telethon broadcast.

"Unfortunately, the ’Ukrposhta’ branch has closed due to security measures to avoid gatherings. We could no longer maintain this branch and risk the safety of employees and visitors. ATMs have also stopped working due to the use of a large number of FPV drones, which attack cash-in-transit vehicles."

According to him, the Russian army monitors the approaches to Kupyansk and attacks vehicles with FPV drones, preventing the delivery of humanitarian aid.

The head of the community urges people to evacuate.
