President Zelenskyy addressed the Verkhovna Rada and announced the "Resilience Plan"

Overall, according to Zheleznyak, the speech contained "a lot of empty words." The speech was not broadcasted.

The MP outlines the president’s key points:

- «We will not trade security or sovereignty. We will not give up rights to all our territory»;

- there will be no elections until the end of the war;

- there are no plans to lower the mobilization age. "But we will offer contracts with a motivational package to those who have not reached the mobilization age," adds MP Honcharenko;

- a Ministry of Ukrainian Unification will be created, and a candidate for minister will be presented by the end of the year;

- in March 2025, pension indexation to the inflation level is planned;

- a law on multiple citizenship is planned;

- the goal is set to produce 3,000 cruise missiles next year;

- a military ombudsman position and a Technological Stake will be introduced;

- direct funding for brigades will be increased;

- by the end of the year, all vacancies for Ukrainian ambassadors will be filled, and replacements will also be made in G7 countries;

- Zelenskyy is initiating the creation of a «cultural Ramstein»;

- next year, «veteran assistants» will appear - 11,000 specialists to support veterans;

- they want to establish departments of Ukrainian studies in foreign universities;

- «The era of the Moscow church is over».
