As a result of the Russian strike on a dormitory in Hlukhiv, Sumy region, 12 people have been killed. Emergency rescue operations are ongoing.

According to the agency, it is currently known that 12 people have died, including one child.
Additionally, as a result of the Russian shelling, 11 people were injured, including two children. Rescuers continue to work.
