After a corporate party at the Kyivskyi District Police Department in Odesa, a police "investigator" fired a shot at his colleague.
This was reported to the media by sources in law enforcement agencies.
An employee of the police department of external surveillance (referred to as "scouts" in the police) was celebrating a promotion with colleagues. After the evening ended, one of the sober employees offered to drive the slightly drunk "scout" home.
However, on the way home, the "scout" suddenly jumped out of the car at an intersection, shouting, and shot the driver—a police officer—using a traumatic pistol. Then he fled the scene.
The bullet only grazed the driver’s head, and the victim was left with a slight fright.
