The HACC extended the detention of former Deputy Minister of Energy Oleksandr Kheilo until January 24, 2025.
His bail amount was reduced from 25 to 15 million UAH.
The Appeals Chamber of the HACC left this decision unchanged.
The court also extended the arrest of Kheilo’s trustee, Serhiy Pylypchuk, until January 23. His bail amount was also reduced from 65 to 40 million UAH.
