According to "Diya", Ukrainian pensioners can now apply for a pension certificate online and fully use it without a paper version.
To do this, it is necessary to submit an application on the Pension Fund’s website, after which the document will become available in "Diya".
A pension certificate issued due to disability, loss of a breadwinner, or for long service needs to be added to the application manually.
