An investigative judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv has decided to grant employees of the Bureau of Economic Security access to information about Ukrainian citizens registered on the OnlyFans platform.
The judge made this decision on September 20, allowing a group of BES detectives to temporarily obtain data, including last name, first name, patronymic, as well as date of birth, tax number, and other information about OnlyFans users, provided by the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
According to media reports, after obtaining this information, BES employees began conducting searches of platform users as part of an investigation into a criminal case concerning tax evasion on a particularly large scale, according to part 3 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
