On Sunday, December 22, in Beryslav, Kherson region, a civilian was killed as a result of a Russian drone attack, and a pre-trial investigation has been initiated.
This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office on Telegram.
According to reports, a 30-year-old civilian died as a result of the Russian attack.
«According to the investigation, on December 22, at approximately 11:50 am, servicemen of the Russian army attacked Beryslav in the Kherson region using a drone. As a result of explosives being dropped from the drone, a 30-year-old man was killed», the report states.
Under the procedural supervision of the Beryslav District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated on the fact of a war crime that led to the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
