In Kharkiv, employees of territorial recruitment centers (TRC) have changed tactics: now they move in several cars simultaneously.
This allows them to block vehicles if there is a suspicion that men of conscription age are inside.
As local residents note, groups of cars create "traps" in traffic, blocking the way for drivers. This complicates the possibility of avoiding stops and subsequent document checks.
