Russian troops continue their advance on Chasiv Yar, having captured the railway station in the north of the city. A Ukrainian serviceman with the call sign "Muchny" confirmed that defensive positions were lost, and the enemy is increasing pressure in the city center.
"On the Chasiv Yar direction, the enemy concentrated forces in the north and pushed our units out of the railway station. This is a serious mistake on our part; we did not withstand the attack. The enemy is actively maneuvering, which complicates our defence in the city center," — reported the serviceman.
Additionally, Russian troops have been recorded as advanced in the Toretsk area.
"The enemy is actively attacking in the area of mine No. 10, advancing towards the slag heap. There is also a gradual approach to the main line of defence — the ’Toretsk’ mine," — added Muchny.
The situation on the front remains extremely tense.
