Law enforcement officers have discovered a breach of oath by a judge of the Commercial Court of Kyiv and confirmed his involvement in a conspiracy aimed at transferring 3 billion UAH in the interests of the Russian Federation.
The current judge of the Commercial Court of Kyiv has been notified of suspicion of high treason. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.
Under the procedural guidance of the Office of the Prosecutor General, the current judge of the Commercial Court of Kyiv, the fugitive president, and the prime minister of his time have been notified of suspicion of high treason (Part 2 of Article 28, Part 1 of Article 111 in the edition as of 05.04.2001).
According to the investigation, a group of officials, including judges, acted in collusion and used their official powers to make knowingly unlawful decisions. These actions were accompanied by manipulations with the automated system of case distribution, ensuring the appointment of "needed" judges for the consideration of specific cases.
A motion has been submitted to the High Council of Justice seeking consent for detention and temporary suspension of the judge from administering justice.
