As a result of the "Shahed" attack on Kharkiv, one person was killed and four were injured


Russia once again launched an attack on Ukraine with "Shahed" drones. On February 1, an enemy UAV struck a private residential area in the Kharkiv’s Holodnogirskyi district, where a 65-year-old woman was found under the rubble.

The explosion wave around 07:40 damaged the wall of a single-story house, which collapsed inward.

This was reported by the spokesperson of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, Dmytro Chubenko.

Four people were injured at the explosion site. Among them were two women aged 60 and 77 with an acute stress reaction, a 37-year-old man, and a 64-year-old woman with injuries from drone fragments, including one person with body burns.

A criminal case was opened for a war crime. Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all necessary measures to properly document the crimes of the Russian military.

Earlier, the SES showed horrifying footage of the aftermath of the enemy attack. A fire broke out in a private house covering an area of 20 square meters. Additionally, several neighboring houses were damaged.

Preliminarily, the strike on Kharkiv was carried out by a "Shahed" type UAV. As a result of the attack on Kharkiv, 1 person was killed, and 4 were injured, reported by Mayor Terekhov.
