The Russians are trying to capture the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces west of Kurakhove to stabilize the front line and prepare for new offensive actions, according to the Ukrainian military public resource DeepState.
In their opinion, the goal of the Russian Federation is to occupy the settlements of Razlyv, Konstantynopol, Andriivka (where Russian forces have significantly advanced and continue to increase their activity), Ulakly, and Dachne.
One of the "key" steps to capturing this area is the seizure of the village of Bohatyr, which is crucial for the logistics of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Russian forces are already showing activity in the direction of this village.
Furthermore, the Russians have become more active in the area of Zelenivka, which in the future may allow them to exert pressure on Andriivka from the south.
It is worth noting that such a scenario would pose a threat of encirclement to the Ukrainian Armed Forces east of Ulakly.
