Ukraine has options in case the Starlink system is disabled. Detailed information will be announced by the Ministry of Defence together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and other agencies in the near future.
This was stated by Ukraine’s Minister of Defence, Rustem Umyerov, during the forum "Ukraine. Year 2025".
"Regarding Starlink. We are already working on this, alternatives exist. Information is not being disclosed," said Umyerov.
He noted that soon, together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Strategic Industries, and our colleagues from the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defence will inform about how these solutions will be implemented.
"However, the solutions are already in place, alternatives exist," the minister emphasized.
