Crypto investor Udyanskyi became a father of many children through the court and avoided mobilization

A crypto investor with Russian citizenship, Mykola Udyanskyi, obtained recognition of his status as a father of multiple children through a court ruling by providing documents from the Moscow registry office as evidence. This allowed him to avoid mobilization and acquire the right to travel abroad.

This is stated in the court’s decision.

The plaintiff provided documents from the Tushinskiy registry office in Moscow. The document also stated that the purpose of the lawsuit was to obtain permission to travel abroad, which simultaneously implies a deferment from mobilization into the armed forces.

In 2022, Udyanskyi used legal proceedings to establish his status as a father of multiple children in order to obtain a deferment from mobilization and the right to travel abroad. He was recognized as a father of multiple children through a decision by the Kominternivskyi District Court in Kharkiv.

The honorary consul turned to the Ukrainian court and presented a document from the Tushinskiy registry office in Moscow — a 2014 child birth certificate. Thus, in Russia, the crypto businessman suddenly had a daughter. The court recognized this document, although it did not have the ability to verify it. Consequently, the court satisfied Udyanskyi’s demands and granted him the right to deferment from mobilization and travel abroad as a father of multiple children.
