The invaders struck a high-rise building in Kharkiv with a "Shahed" drone


In Kharkiv, a nighttime drone attack resulted in damage to a high-rise building, and residents are being evacuated. There is information about individuals affected by an acute stress reaction.

This was reported by Kharkiv’s Mayor Ihor Terekhov and the head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov.

According to the mayor, the roof and technical floor of the high-rise building were damaged, and a small fire occurred.

The elevator shaft was also destroyed, and the technical floor and the facade section between the 9th and technical floors were partially damaged.

"The glazing in adjacent buildings and 8 cars were damaged. An evacuation of residents from the entrance of the high-rise building is underway," Terekhov noted.

The mayor also reported that there are two people affected with an acute stress reaction.

"All relevant services and volunteers are working on-site," the mayor informed.

Meanwhile, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Syniehubov, mentioned that one woman in Kharkiv was affected by the enemy attack and has an acute stress reaction.

"Around 3:50 AM, the roof, elevator shaft, part of the technical floor, and the facade of a multi-apartment residential building in Kharkiv were damaged due to the falling debris of the ’Geran’ UAV. A fire broke out," he reported.

The official added that 8 cars were damaged, and the glazing in 9 multi-apartment buildings and a nearby educational institution for children were impacted.

"One woman was affected - acute stress reaction. At this moment, the fire has been extinguished," the head of the Regional Military Administration stated.
