The Cabinet of Ministers has expanded the list of conscripts who can travel abroad

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to expand the categories of citizens who can travel abroad during mobilization.

According to the new rules, Ukrainians who have a deferment from conscription, as well as those whose close relatives (parents, children, brother or sister) died or went missing during hostilities, can travel abroad.

Additionally, the right to travel is granted to family members of those who were posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine.
