Ukraine should not stop mobilization during a possible ceasefire, - Kostenko

Ukrainian MP, representative of the "Holos" party, Roman Kostenko stated that mobilization should continue even if a truce is announced.

He noted that under current conditions, it is impossible to accurately assess who benefits more from the truce and warned about the risks it might bring.

"The Russians can accumulate forces in 30 days, plan new operations, and begin destabilizing Ukraine from within," Kostenko noted, emphasizing that the truce can be disrupted at any moment and it will be difficult to prove who violated it first.

Earlier, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, stated that martial law in the country will be lifted only after the war ends, not after the announcement of a truce presumed for 30 days.
