Russian President Vladimir Putin rejected a ceasefire proposal agreed upon by the US, stating that he has his own version of a truce.
According to information disseminated by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), Putin’s alternative proposal contradicts the initial one and involves excluding Ukraine from the negotiations, allowing Russia to negotiate directly with the US.
