As a result of the shelling of Nikopol by Russian troops on Saturday, March 15, a woman was killed, and girls aged 3 and 11 were injured.
This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Serhiy Lysak, on Telegram.
According to updated data, two children and another woman were injured due to the artillery shelling of Nikopol.
«In addition to the 11-year-old girl, another one – a three-year-old – was injured. The condition of both patients is assessed as moderate. For further treatment, they were sent to a medical facility in Dnipro», – Lysak wrote.
Moreover, as a result of another attack on the city, a 57-year-old woman was injured, but she did not require hospitalization.
It is reported that in total, the Russian army launched almost a dozen and a half artillery and UAV attacks on Nikopol region during the day. The district center, Marhanets, Chervonohryhorivka, Pokrovsk, and Myrove communities were affected by the attacks.
